- Qualifying Tiny Homes: All eligible tiny homes will be pre-approved during the application process – Tiny homes built on-site or off site up to 500 sq feet, Park Models, and Tiny Houses on Wheels, & container homes
- All Tiny Houses in the Community must be skirted and affixed to an approved foundation with tie down straps for the safety of our community
