• 3 - 5 various size rental lots (you bring or build you own Tiny House)
• a short-term rental Tiny House available for community members’ friends and families to rent and also for those who want to explore tiny living
• a community garden
• a dog park
• a storm / tornado shelter for members and their pets
• fresh well water
• new septic system
• 24x7 on-site maintenance & management
• fire pits
• bar-b-que grills
• a community park
• on-site trash dumpsters
• on-site community mail slots
• security cameras at the entrance to the community
• 200 amp electric

Phase 2 will include the following additions (TBD):

· 2 - 3 additional Tiny Homes (including lots) for rent with a future option to purchase the Tiny House,

· 10 new various size rental lots (you bring or build you own Tiny House)

· a community center (with washeteria, kitchen, bathrooms with showers)

· Additional storm / tornado shelters to accommodate community members and their pets, another community park

· security cameras on exteriors of common facilities

· a community pool

· community rental swap booths where members can sell their crafts, personal property, produce, and services every first weekend of the month.

Phase 3 will include the following additions (TBD):

· Additional Tiny Homes (including lots) for rent with a future option to purchase the Tiny House (if popular)

· More new various size rental lots (you bring or build you own Tiny House) --- all as space allows
